Position Description
3 Full-Time PositionsProgram Facilitator for the Fatherhood EFFECT Program.
The Fatherhood EFFECT Program provides parent education and resources focusing on fathers or father-figures with at least one child age (0-17). It provides community-based outreach and parent education sessions for individuals in a group and individual setting. The facilitator will work on recruiting families to engage in services, present the program to the community through different efforts, and will carry a specific caseload of families each month to provide the parenting education sessions in an individual and group setting.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Recruit, screen, and assess all participants to determine their needs and eligibility.
- Provide parenting education to program participants using an evidence-based education curriculum.
- Conduct case management, individual and group educational sessions, referrals to support services, alternative activities, and information dissemination.
- Maintain a specific case load of families engaged in services each month.
- Participate in Outreach events to promote the program services to the community.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must be fluently bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Must have reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license.
- Preferred experience working with fathers and families.

Salary of $36,000-$38,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience.
