Position Description
Case ManagerPart-Time Temporary Position (24-28 hours per week)(Temporary position ends on September 29, 2026)
Location: Laredo, TX

The Frontera Mental Health Program population of focus is Hispanic females and males 18 years of age and older with a mental health disorder or co-ocurring disorder (COD) living with or at risk of HIV and/or Hepatitis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide an assertive case-management approach to identified needs of clients. This will include but is not limited to transportation, scheduling of appointments, help participants in attending appointments, advocacy, assistance with accessing public benefits, and enhance community awareness. Administrative HIV/HEP C testing services.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a broad spectrum of people
- Resourceful problem solver who takes initiative
- Good written and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as to be a contributing team member
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Suite
Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or behavioral sciences.
- Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) is required
- Able to transport clients in own vehicle is required at times and compensated for mileage
- Reliable transportation, proof of insurance and valid driver's license are required.
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
